Slender-snouted crocodile are West-African crocodiles which lives in rivers and feed almost only on fish.

Like the other crocodilians,  they spent lost of time non-moving in order to save energy. thanks to that, they can stay several weeks without eating.

This is THE beautiful story, the one that give you hope : 2 crocodiles saved from trade just had babies in Biotropica ! Leon and Leila just had 7 babies ! A tremendous succes that restore hope of saving this species !!
